How has yoga changed your life?
I would say it has made me more aware of my body and my breath. It has made me more fearless, with practicing inversions (that I used to be terrified of). I take vegan algae Omega oils, and holy basil which has benefits for the immune system, anti-inflammatory and good for stress, sometimes probiotic vegan gummies, but besides that, not a big pill taker.
