Namita Nayyar:
Are there supplements or super foods you consider non-negotiable in your diet?
Nina Gibizova:
Magnesium, omega-3, electrolytes, fiber, B vitamins (when needed), and lecithin are my staples. I adjust them depending on my body’s signals and workload.
Namita Nayyar:
As a published model, your hair always looks impeccable. What’s your daily hair care routine, and how does it change post-workout?
Nina Gibizova:
I love caring for my hair. I use sulfate-free shampoo, a nourishing mask twice a week, and leave-in conditioner. I also regularly do professional scalp peels and use massage tools to stimulate lymphatic flow and release tension in the Apo neurosis — it really supports hair growth and recovery after intense training.

Namita Nayyar:
How do you protect your hair from damage caused by frequent workouts, styling, or environmental factors?
Nina Gibizova:
I protect my hair by using thermal protection sprays, tying it loosely during workouts, and avoiding heat styling when possible. I also regularly rinse my scalp or use dry shampoo after training, and incorporate nourishing oils to lock in moisture.
Namita Nayyar:
Are there specific products or ingredients you swear by for maintaining healthy, vibrant hair?
Nina Gibizova:
I love products with keratin, biotin, and natural oils like argan and jojoba. I also use leave-in conditioners and scalp tonics that stimulate circulation and keep my hair strong and shiny.
Namita Nayyar:
Do you incorporate any DIY or natural remedies into your hair care regimen?
Nina Gibizova:
Yes! I occasionally make masks with avocado, olive oil, and egg yolk. I also do scalp massage with warm oil — it’s both relaxing and effective for stimulating growth.

Namita Nayyar:
What does your daily skincare routine involve, and how does it adapt after sweating during a workout?
Nina Gibizova:
My routine is simple: gentle cleanser, toner, serum with hyaluronic acid, moisturizer, and SPF. After workouts, I cleanse my face immediately and apply a calming mist or hydrating gel.
Namita Nayyar:
How do you protect your skin from the effects of exercise, makeup, and environmental stressors?
Nina Gibizova:
Since I work both online and offline with clients, I wear light makeup throughout the day — it’s important for me to look fresh, smell pleasant, and inspire others with my presence. I avoid heavy foundations during workouts, always double-cleanse, and regularly use antioxidant serums with vitamin C.
At the start and end of the day, I use hydrating masks, facial tapes to support skin structure, and LED masks with green light to soothe the skin. My routine also includes serums and emulsions.
