Namita Nayyar:
How do you integrate fitness and healthy eating into family life to set a positive example for your child?
Nina Gibizova:
We move together — we take walks, stretch, or do MFR (myofascial release) at home. I have simple fitness tools, and my kids love joining in. My son inspired me to try boxing — I enrolled to support him, and now we both attend sessions in different groups. I sometimes bring my daughter to dance classes — and plan to enroll her soon too.
Namita Nayyar:
Has motherhood shifted your perspective on health, beauty, or work-life balance? If so, how?
Nina Gibizova:
Yes, motherhood grounded me. I’ve realized that real beauty comes from vitality and self-love, not perfection. Health is now about energy, joy, and being present — not just looking fit.

Namita Nayyar:
Share with us with regard your career as a Fitness Coach any specific anecdotes or client success stories.
Nina Gibizova:
I’ve been teaching for over 10 years, and many of my clients have found their true calling in fitness. Three of them even became certified coaches, and I’m incredibly proud of them. We’ve built a strong community — currently around 100 women — including mothers, daughters, and even grandmothers training together.
Many of them stay with me for years because of the technique, results, and deep trust. Some even found close friendships during classes. In several cases, women restored their hormonal balance and were able to conceive naturally — which was a powerful moment of joy for all of us.
