I love niacin amide, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin C. They keep my skin radiant and healthy. I also do a gentle peeling once a month to renew the skin without overloading it.

Nina Gibizova:
Cleansing and SPF — always. Even on the busiest days, I make time to wash my face, moisturize, and apply sun protection.

How do you manage the demands of motherhood while maintaining your career in fitness, modeling, and coaching?
Nina Gibizova:
I used to try doing everything myself — and felt exhausted. I have that “perfectionist” tendency, but I’ve learned to work through it. Now, I accept that each season of life has its priority. At the moment, my focus is on my children and work. I delegate where possible — I have a helper and a nanny who assist with cooking and menu planning. I try to turn cleaning into a game with my kids so we can bond while doing it together.

What time-management strategies do you use to ensure you’re present for your family while pursuing your passions?

I live by my schedule. I divide all goals into categories, and then break them down by month and week. I use reminders and start each morning by asking myself what I want to learn or achieve today — then I align my day accordingly.

Nina Gibizova:
Start small. A 10-minute walk or mindful breathing can change everything. But most importantly — act from love, not from anger or guilt. Don’t punish yourself into self-care. Move your body and nourish yourself because you already love who you are — not because you’re trying to “fix” yourself. That’s when wellness becomes sustainable and joyful.
