Note:- Using drained tuna in brine, rather than tuna in oil, makes this a low fat recipe.  Raw vegetable crudités, carrots for Vitamin A (as beta-carotene) and raw pepper, celery, courgette, or cauliflower florets for Vitamin C

Ingredients

  • Can tune fish in brine: 200 g / 7 oz , drained
  • Greek-style yogurt 45 ml / 3 tbsp
  • Finely grated rind 1/2 lime
  • Chopped fresh dill 15 ml / 1tbsp
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  • Place the tuna fish and yogurt in a blender and process for a few seconds until almost smooth.  Alternatively, mash thoroughly with a fork.
  • Stir in the lime rind, dill, and seasoning to taste.
  • Spoon into a small dish and serve with sticks of raw vegetables for dipping.

4 Servings.
