I have watched my body create life with two beautiful daughters. It’s something I am so proud of and gave me more confidence to be more bolder. Everyone is beautiful in their own way and being ‘sexy’ is 90% attitude, the rest is hair and makeup which anyone can get.
How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.
Well abs is definitely a clean diet including good food. But I train abs at least one set a day, planking is a fun fave of mine because I like to time challenge myself. I also try to mix it up every week so I don’t get bored or too comfortable.
Five foods you absolutely love and five you keep to a minimum.
I love rice, egg, mushrooms, steak & broccoli. What I keep to a minimum but absolutely love are burgers, chocolate, cheese, coke, brownies.
