- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon juice

- Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and process until smooth.

- 1/2 cup Raspberries
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds

- Mash the raspberries in a small bowl.
