As I’m nearing the end of the beginner fitness strength program, I’m continuing to enjoy doing the many exercises. Thank you for providing the nice schedule.
I’m very happy with the strength program exercises. I finished the fourth day yesterday. After two days I felt stronger doing yoga. This was much faster than I would have thought that I would notice a difference. I have everything except the rubber band. I noticed that Amazon sells some. Except for some muscle soreness, everything is good. I’m very excited to be on a program after saying I wanted to do it for years. I didn’t really know how to get started. Thanks to your website I’m off and running. I look forward to hearing from you.
