Your weekly e-mails mean a lot to me. As a matter of fact, I sent in a comment on October 6th. On that date I was only at 59% of my goal. Today, I am at 100% and I do not want to lose the support and encouragement of the weekly e-mail.

I came across your site and I am impressed with its content.
I’m doing fine on this program. I’m not loosing much weight, but more inches. It really shows. I’m very motivated, occasionally, I do want to eat a forbidden type of food, so I do eat a tbsp or so, maybe once a week, e.g-apple pie (a tbsp) or ice-cream, choc.cake… I try to then get in 20 mins of extra workout the next day to make up for the mini binge on an average, I’m in control.
Just to let you know, Women Fitness’ 10 Tips for keeping a fitness routine is going to appear in the Business Women issue of the upcoming Herald Business Journal (appearing in July). I made sure to credit the WF Web site and team. Thank you for letting us publish the column; I’m sure its contents will be helpful to our readership.
